• We have zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind at SAFSF events and programs.

• We are committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment, that honors the full range of identitites and lived experiences within our space — including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, ability, age, religion, nationality, language, professional title, type of work, and prior participation in SAFSF events.

• We believe that sharing diverse perspectives, experiences, and expertise enriches our collective learning and growth and view each contribution as a valuable tool to sharpen our thinking.

• We support relationship building and networking in a pressure-free way, with respect for each participant’s boundaries.

• We do not welcome solicitation of funds at any SAFSF event or program.
