SAFSF defines Funders or Diverse Capital Partners as individuals, staff, trustees, or donors from organizations — including philanthropy, investors, community finance, and intermediaries — that use grantmaking, lending, or investing as a core strategy to fulfill their mission, including government agencies that administer funding programs. All SAFSF Members are considered funders.
